Taste rounded wines, floral, which develops, acquires a certain severity and oak notes. Dominant mineral tones in the soft finish.
Light aroma of wine is made of notes of white flowers, lying on a background of shades of sweet vanilla and smoke.
The wine will be a perfect pair with all kinds of fish (especially good with freshwater), seafood and white meat with sauce. Try this Chardonnay with trout fillet in almond crust, salmon, baked in foil, or braised veal in cream sauce and baby vegetables. At the end of the meal it is recommended to combine the wine with various types of goat cheese.
