El Mayor tequilas are offered in decanter styled bottles numbered by Master Distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez and produced at the distillery owned by the Gonzalez family. They use a recipe and techniques that are now three-generations old. The tequila is fermented with a proprietary yeast that they feel sets their tequila apart.
